The Control Tower team is the watchdog of the entire supply chain. This means having an end-to-end view of the entire supply chain, zero-to-one projects and solving challenging problem statements. We focus on personal growth and fun at work just as much as we do on working hard. That is why we have regular 1-1s virtual meetings, fun-filled monthly all-team catch-ups, and timely rewards and recognitions.

About the Role:

- We are looking for an analytical, independent and innovative problem solver to join the Control Tower team. As an Assistant Manager, Control Tower, you'll be responsible for driving programs related to building visibility of the L0, L1, L2 and L3 views of key supply chain metrics.

- To drive visibility and instrumentation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of the granularity that you would want to create. You'll also be responsible for working with stakeholders from ground operations and process excellence teams for solving exciting problem statements apart from creating impact on metrics.
