As Lead Product Designer, you will be part of a team solving a unique problem, one that's mostly untouched by other e-commerce players. We are making eCommerce accessible for Tier-2+ markets who are new to eCommerce and have almost never transacted online before. Our Design team is as diverse as our users. Today, the team comprises about 30 Designers - including Interaction, Visual, Motion, and Content Designers. But wait, there's more! We're individuals who are obsessed with our users. We empathise. We are breaking all the barriers - be it language, literacy, culture, or technology.This year we created a brand new Design System followed by a full app revamp - all in just 3 months! About the role If you love designing, keeping users first, getting deep into data and enhancing user experiences, you may be our next Lead Product Designer! As a Lead Product Designer, you will strategies, communicate, negotiate, and drive design solutions for our products. You'll collaborate with Research, Product, Business, Data and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for our users. You'll build products with a deep understanding of our users' needs and transform them into usable designs by conducting frequent user testing. You'll be able to articulate your decisions & solutions verbally as well as through sketches, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks and functional prototypes.
