Job description :&nbsp; - Lead Analytics for Category Management team. - Relevant analytics experience in Retails or E-Commerce industry. - Work with various stake holders and understand their business requirement to provide data driven recommendations - Developing predictive models with large and varied data sets, working with a community of colleagues across verticals. - Able to work independently and take complete ownership from problem identification, requirement gathering to delivery and socialization of analysis - Help teams understand and attain their business goals by leveraging Data Assets, with statistical or machine learning algorithms, wherever required - Co-creating components of analytics products/ platform that provide actionable business insight Requirements - 3-6 years of relevant experience into Business Analytics role. - At-least 3 years hands on experience in Sql is a good to have. - Experience in using big data technologies will be good to have. - Team Management
