About the Role : - Supply Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring potential supply-side partners in the FMCG space. - Key Relationship Management: Manage key relations with suppliers to ensure compliance of important customer experience factors - quality, inventory, supply chain etc. - in terms of Meesho's scale. - Business Development: Partnering with relevant businesses in the FMCG ecosystem for propelling category initiation and scale. - Cross-Functional Capabilities: Should be able to fruitfully coordinate with marketing, supply chain, cataloging, finance/commercial and other functions of the organization. What we look for : - Graduate/PostGraduate from a Tier-1 College - 3+ yrs of experience in the FMCG sector - Startup Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to persevere, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work in a flat organization - Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving - Should be good at multitasking, critical thinking, and comfortable with tactical execution - Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems
