It was also a part of the first batch of Google Launchpad Solve for India programme What will your role be at Meesho ? - Lead customer support operations: Plan, measure, optimize and reinvent support process to deliver a superior support experience. - Be customer champion: Identify customer experience problems and drive programs across the company to uplift customer NPS - Great operating skills: Ability manage and motivate a large team of support executives, team leaders and managers (in-house as well as outsourced) - Good Problem Solving: Ability to figure out process gaps and redesign the same to come up with scalable solutions Who are we looking for ? - Minimum work experience of around 8 years having led senior managerial roles for past 4 years minimum - Super motivated, go-getter attitude, ability to work in a growing environment. - Great Problem Solver with a strong ability to work through numbers and derive insights to identify problems and opportunity areas. - Should have the experience of managing large teams (200 to 500)
