About the Role - Develop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. - Identify problem areas, implement marketing solutions, and maximize efforts towards driving revenues. - Run marketing experiments to understand the levers that we can operate to improve the activation/retention rates within our network - Partner with the business team to understand performance metrics, dive deep on root causes and address the relevant marketing problem - Will be required to help develop campaign strategies & build comprehensive monthly/quarterly marketing plans which align with the core OKRs & goals of the Category Marketing Team. - Manage daily reporting & sales campaign reporting of category marketing performance with requisite trend analysis. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic office; able to work well under pressure and in a deadline drove environment What we look for - Strong analytical approach toward making data-driven decisions - 5+ years of relevant experience - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external creative & marketing teams Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and follow-up abilities - Experience with budgets and expense management necessary
