Role : Head- Admin, Facilities and Real Estate planning - Meesho - Admin planning, budgeting &amp; its compliance, forecasting, reporting, payroll cost and productivity analysis. - Lead the entire real estate planning for Meesho from identifying partners, closing deals and setting up a new premise - Enable smooth running of workplace services - Record maintenance - Set up and run the travel desk - Ensuring that safety, health and security standards are maintained at all locations - Compliance with statutory obligations - Advise senior leadership how to strengthen &amp; develop the organization to accomplish key business performance objectives. - Regular reporting of admin related MIS to the CEO's office Skills Required: - Ability to take a strategic wide view and think holistically. - Desire to innovate/ team player able to relate at all levels of seniority &amp; work cross functionally. - Strong leadership and organizational abilities - Opportunistic - able to seize the initiative. Resourceful, determined. - Confident negotiator with suppliers/service providers/ partners - Minimum 7+ years of experience
