About the Role:

We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative leader for the content commerce vertical of Meesho . You will be working directly with the General Manager (GM), and all BU leaders to define the next 3-5 year vision for Meesho's content strategy within the Meesho App and also across all social surfaces/platforms on the internet.

This would include all long form, short form and all Live content video content. This role will contribute directly to the GMV/NMV growth of Meesho. You will be responsible for identifying the key growth levers, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions, partner collaboration and driving implementation in different types of projects.

What you will need:

8-12 years of total work experience with the following:

- Experience in startups/tech companies in similar roles (monetization, business or growth) would be beneficial.

- 3+ years of experience in consulting from top-tier firms or leadership of a large business.

- Preferably candidates with an MBA degree.

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills.

- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organization.

- Experience in team building, management, and coaching would be a plus.
