Meesho - Director - Marketing - IIT/IIM/ISB (6-10 yrs)
Will own the demand acquisition charter, including:
- Building and executing demand plan in alignment with the Operating Plan.
- Identifying new, scalable channels of acquisition for existing target groups.
- Identifying new, scalable target groups.
- Managing a team of digital marketing managers, marketing analysts and marketing associates for new strategic projects as well as regular ad operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product and creative teams to execute projects.
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in Mobile Marketing.
- Experience of handling mobile marketing budget for an App with more than 1 million downloads per month.
- Data-driven, structured problem solver, with excellent communication skills.
- Graduate/post-graduate degree for premier institutes.
- Experience of scaling a mobile App from scratch to 10 million downloads and having solved problems associated with different stages of growth.
- Experience with brand marketing, especially for women-first brands.
