Job description: Will be responsible for Demand-side analytics projects, including: - Building demand forecast models in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan, - Defining and tracking objectives for growth marketing team to achieve the forecast, - Setting up measurement and success criteria of growth experiments to meet the Objectives, - Identifying market-segments with high-value customers, - Building models to predict Life-time-value of customers, etc. Must-have: - 2 years of experience in Analytics. - Proficiency in SQL,Machine Learning. - Knowledge of basic concepts of statistics. - Data-driven, structured problem solver, with excellent communication skills. - Bachelor's degree from Top Engineering college 2016/2017 graduates would be ideal. Good-to-have: - Experience of working in a start-up - Experience of delivering multiple marketing analytics projects in a third-party analytics firm. - Experience of working with Python
