Gather information for the learning needs of the organization through surveys, performance appraisals and job description. Assess whether to develop the training content in-house or outsource using cost benefit analysis
- Train vendors and partners to fit company culture and training needs
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (TalentLMS).
- Design and develop content, presentations and assessments.
- Create a training schedule and learning calendar
- Directly manage, coach and develop training professionals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in english and hindi
- Comfortable with travelling
- Comfortable with giving presentation to large crowds - online and in person
- Fluency in another language will be an added advantage
