The CoS will lead initiatives and extend the effectiveness of the VP and his organization by driving strategic projects, setting up processes, owning all strategic communications, and streamlining collaboration with other functions. This role will be a stepping stone to eventually moving on to a category leadership role at Meesho. Responsibilities - Drive: Drive OKR planning and product roadmap creation in collaboration with product management, design, user research, business and engineering functions. Set up mechanism to check-in on OKR progress to ensure product strategy translates into effective execution and therefore, business impact. - Strategize: Lead strategic projects that help frame long-term product strategy and roadmap, and uncover new product investment opportunities - Streamline: Set up processes to improve effectiveness across all aspects of product management - cross-functional collaboration, development velocity, development quality, etc. - Communicate: Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - board meetings, staff meetings, strategy reviews, OKR check-ins, All Hands meetings, etc. - Support: Play a key role in supporting the CPO in confidential projects around product planning, organization culture and evangelization Desired Skills &amp; Experience - Overall experience of 4-7 yrs with atleast 3+ yrs in a strategy consulting role in a top-tier management consulting firm (must-have), and additional experience in strategy/CEO office roles in tech start-ups - Outstanding oral and written communication skills - Strong problem solving skills based on first principles thinking - High level of maturity in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders
