The role will oversee and direct the transition of the business from a joint entity into a stand-alone business. Direct ownership will include but is not limited to the management of timelines and key projects related to technology and shared services of Meesho. Helping the CHRO stay focused, effective and efficient. Increase the CHRO's productivity and support data-driven decision making in a high-touch and personalized manner
Roles can include :
1. Managing CHRO's daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual meetings, and engagement
- Help prepare for Board/investor meetings
- Plan the week ahead, provide information and deliverables to help him be more productive and effective
- Help plan leadership events such as our annual executive offsite, Company quarterly all hands
- Preparing the CHRO for internal and external meetings with analysis and basis on key players in the room
2. Handle special projects that are usually
- Highly important to the CHRO and to the company
- That has no natural home or is cross-functional
- Be able to draw a clear definition of what success looks like for each project and help drive execution to attain success metrics
3. Help keep a pulse of the business and connect dots with others across the company
4. Ensure we have clear action items and follow-up after the meetings.
5. Coverage to run and explore new areas of opportunity without distracting or diverting resources from the rest of the company.
6. Challenging the assumptions and numbers behind the scorecards and reports you use to make important decisions
Eligibility :
- 3+ years of related experience in Start-up and consulting background.
- Excellent understanding of business drivers
- Understanding of technology and previous experience in managing business and technology projects especially with external customers
- Ability to understand requirements of internal/external customers, and work with internal teams across tech and product to enable prioritization and get the required output as per agreed timelines
- Experience of project management tools like would be a plus
- PMBOK awareness will be a plus
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management.
