This means having an end-to-end view of the entire supply chain, zero-to-one projects and solving challenging problem statements. That is why we have regular 1-1s virtual meetings, fun-filled monthly all-team catch-ups, and timely rewards and recognitions.

About the Role

We are looking for strong, independent and innovative problem solvers to join the Meesho Grocery Last Mile Team. You will be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation. In order to drive implementation, you will get complete autonomy in terms of the team and processes that you would want to set up.
