About the Role : - We are looking for a team member in the CPO (Chief Product Officer) office reporting to the current Chief of Staff. The CPO office provides strategic, organizational, and executional support to Chief Product Officer (CPO) and his teams spanning product management, analytics, design, and user research functions.&nbsp; - This member will lead initiatives and extend the effectiveness of the CPO office by driving strategic projects, setting up processes, helping with strategic communication documents, and streamlining collaboration with other functions. Select examples of projects picked up by the CPO office include product strategy benchmarking of SEA e-commerce players, improvement in product velocity using Jira and Meesho's tech branding strategy. This role will be a stepping stone to eventually moving on to a Product Manager role at Meesho. Responsibilities : Communication:- Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - board meetings, strategy reviews, All Hands meetings, etc. Strategy:- Work on strategic projects that help frame long-term product strategy and roadmap, buy v/s build decisions, and uncover new product investment opportunities Program management:- Play a key role in supporting confidential projects around product planning, organization culture, and evangelization Research: Outside in benchmarking of product features of other eCommerce apps globally and translate learnings within the product org Analyze: Assist in product analytics for key strategic projects using different tools Desired Experience : - 1.5-2 yrs experience in a top tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) - Willingness to learn product analytics tools like SQL, Mixpanel, etc. Process : - Interaction with CoS on role clarity, expectations &amp; motivation - Problem-solving rounds with one of the senior PMs @ Meesho - Home assignment round on a strategic problem - Final culture fit round with the CPO
