About the Role: - Don your superhero cape, because you are going to tackle challenges related to customer needs like Batman, tackles Gotham's villains - As Assistant Product Manager, you will be the ambassador of our customers to us. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve issues faced by our customers in collaboration with Engineering and Business teams. You will help design and implement our products, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute towards our product's vision and strategy. What you will do: - Understand the reselling market and needs of users using deeply qualitative/quantitative techniquesAdopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks - Level the power of technology is solving problems - Prioritise problems based on level of urgency - Facilitate a process to come up with the best technology-led ideas to solve prioritised problems - Experiment with multiple solution ideas and test them using MVPs, prototypes, etc. - Ensure high product quality through processes such as user acceptance testing, dogfooding, etc. - Create a go-to-market plan to maximise product adoption and success - Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously - Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction - Create a product roadmap with at least a 3-month forward-looking view of key business problems to be solved - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science and Business teams to take your product to millions of users What you will need: - Undergraduate degree in Engineering - 1 to 3 years of experience in a Product/Analyst role - Ability to understand and analyse user needs - Deep understanding of the competitive product landscape and trends - Ability to validate and pitch new product ideas - Ability to define features through detailed specifications, user stories and wireframes - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL - Hands-on experience with data About Meesho: Meesho is Indias fastest growing e-commerce company.
