About the Team:

At Meesho, our HR team is dedicated to creating a people-centric workplace. We adopt a User First and Problem First approach. Currently, we're seeking individuals to join our Future Fit HR Practices Team. Our focus is to hire and maintain high talent density across the organisation. We cover various HR domains including, early careers program, Quality of Hire, and HR process improvements. Additionally, our team addresses any new emerging challenges on the people's front.

About the Role:

The perfect candidate should have previous experience in working on core HR programs and effectively managing various external and internal stakeholders for their implementation. They should possess strong skills in data management and analysis.

What you will do:

- Liaison with Business stakeholders and the Internal HR team for successful implementation of initiatives.

- Liaison with external vendors to ensure overall program management including contracting, project governance, delivery timelines, etc.

- Conduct thorough analysis of employee data for informed decision-making.

- Ensure creation of a feedback loop for all initiatives and garner regular feedback

What you will need:

- 2 to 4 years experience in program management/ program implementation, preferred in eCommerce or fast-growing startups

- Excellent data analytical skills including but not limited to excel

- Experience of managing multiple internal stakeholders

- Good communication and creative thinking

- Organized and efficient - Ability to work to tight deadlines
