About the Role:

We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative leader to be a part of the CEO's office at Meesho. You will be working directly with the CEO, the Chief of Staff and all BU leaders to define the long term strategy for the growth of Meesho. You will be responsible for identifying the key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions, and driving implementation in different types of projects. Following are the major parts of the role:

What you will do:

Longterm Strategy/roadmap:

- Develop and drive projects that enable the CEO to form the long-term strategic roadmap for Meesho. These projects help bring outside-in perspective into the strategic planning of the company.

Some of these include, but are not limited to:

- Competitive strategy of platforms across emerging markets

- Product/technology strategy of Meesho

- Building new monetization models for Meesho

Functional strategy and implementation Projects:

- Identify and create projects to generate 10X impact within Meesho. Own and deliver strategic projects which are structural and long-term in nature for the company.

- This will involve I/identify projects in conjunction with the leaders (GMs and other leaders).

- Structuring the problem in different parts and creating a strong hypothesis to unlock opportunity areas.

Moonsht projects:

- These projects are to create new and adjacent business models /opportunities to Meesho - s core business. These projects will deliver the next S-curve for Meesho.

This will involve:

- Identifying new business models based Opportunity sizing of various models.

- Designing and creating pilots and eventually MVPs of new business models.

Operating system and culture:

- Support in creating company level Goals and OKRs and create strong processes to review these OKRs across all business units.

- Identify opportunities for improvement within the current operating system

- Work with the CEO and Chief of Staff on multiple projects to improve mission and culture alignment at the company level.

What you will need:

- 5-8 years of management consulting experience; Experience in startups/tech companies in similar roles will be great

- Preferably candidates with MBA degree

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills

- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organisation

- Experience in team building, managing, and coaching will be a plus
