Meesho - Assistant Program Manager - Category Marketing

- You will be working in a customer facing environment with direct reporting to head of category marketing. Day to day activities will need the following skill set in an ideal candidate :

- Lead the budget allocation, planning and execution of gamification constructs to drive order growth for Meesho app.

- Analyse data, identify trends and insights, and optimize on performance based on the insights.

- Come up with new initiatives to drive order growth and optimise on user funnels.

- Measure and timely report performance of marketing constructs

- Should be goal oriented and able to track and report performance of various constructs/activities/campaigns in a timely manner.

- Should be able to approach problems in a structured manner.
