Meesho - Assistant Manager - Growth

About the Team:

- If you are excited about driving 10X growth for India's only true (and profitable) e-commerce platform, then this might be the role for you. As part of the Meesho growth team, we drive end-to-end structured growth for Meesho: from improving top of mind awareness to acquisition and activation of new users, all the way to engaging and retaining them, even resurrecting churned users.

- Beyond increasing the total active user base at Meesho, we are also the custodians of channelizing user intent in the most optimal way (managing homepage, leveraging deal constructs etc.), and increasing repeat preference for Meesho, through sale events and loyalty program.

About the Role - As Assistant Manager Growth, your primary responsibility will be to maximize engagement across user personas (casual browsers, deal-seekers, etc.) and drive order conversion for Meesho.

In particular, you will be tasked with expanding one of our engagement charters Sale, Deals, or Homepage. This will involve deep analytical and user-first thinking to identify high potential opportunities to build the most exciting, engaging platform for the next billion e-commerce users.
