About the Role :

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, you'll be working in the Growth team on problems around Reseller lifecycle.

At acquisition stage of the lifecycle, the projects would be around using data to build reseller types & the profitable channels to acquire them. At activation stage, the projects would aim to build of map a new reseller's journey to a power reseller. At retention stage, the projects would aim to build the demand plan, predict churn rates, identify levers and channels of retention.

What we look for:

- 2+ yr of experience as Analyst. Preferably on demand side of a marketplace.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (must-have)

- Undestanding of basic statistics and probability concepts

- B. Tech from a Premier College preferred (IIT / BITS / NIT)

- Cultural fit: Structured problem solving skills. Willingness to experiment. Ability to work in a flat hierarchy. Excellent communication skills.
