Responsibilities:

Manager - Min 7 yrs of Exp and 2 years in Team Handling with a Team Size of 10-15

Sr Manager - Min 10 Yrs of Exp and 3-4 years in Team handling with a Team size of 20-25

Director - Min Exp 12 yrs of Exp and 5 Years in Team Handling with a Team Size 50-75

Job Stability is Major Criteria, Min 2 years Tenure in Last 3 Organization:

Preferred Industry - Insurance, Fintech, Job Portals, Edtech, Any Hard Core Tele Sales

- Closing the entire Sale over the call

- Has handled Tele-sales with Daily and weekly sales Closures

- Can work Under Pressure and make Team Productive

1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth within the assigned category.

2. Managing a sales team and coaching individuals to meet and exceed their sales targets

3. Has chased the3Cr-4 Cr Business every Month and Annual Not less than 12 Cr-14 cr for Managers and 50Cr for Directors

4. Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify new sales opportunities and strategies

5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners within the assigned category

6. Forecasting sales, tracking performance, and reporting on key metrics to senior management

7. Must be a Team Performer and can work with Team with Leadership Skills and Go - Getter Attitude

8. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to sales and marketing activities
