Job description: - Monitoring primary &amp; secondary sales patterns to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual &amp; group forecasted targets. - Developed and implemented sales &amp; marketing strategy and integrated communication plan with effective utilization of annual marketing budget. - KOL Engagement, Market Intelligence, Pricing Management, Brand Promotions, Sales Campaigns, Competition Strategy, SKU-wise forecasting, Product Allocations, Inventory management etc. - Responsible for Sales Training of new joiners in partnership with the Training team - Work closely with Regulatory and Quality team to ensure continuous product availability and mitigation of product license availability challenges - Responsible for annual operating plan, market share gain, margin and profitability targets - Act as key lynchpin between Medtronic India and Asia Regional Office, Global &amp; Upstream Marketing - Strategizing, developing and implementing marketing plans, new product launches, long range strategic plan, product portfolio and life cycle management - Act as a brand custodian and technical product expert for customers as well as internal sales team members - Analyze current growth patterns, identify target products, benchmark against competition, estimate product segment demand, review orders placed, coordinate with Logistics team to ensure prompt availability of products, review post marketing surveillance, get feedback from customers in order to enhance growth prospects for the region. - Support the sales team with marketing, clinical and technical inputs, conference booth participations, representation in national conferences etc - Strategic initiatives for further growth drivers. - Branding and Marcom - Developed Collateral, Sale force effectiveness, Talk tracks, Drive and develop material for multiple product, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, and sales training materials. - Develop and drive competitive marketing campaigns to ensure healthcare market share and profitability. - Conducting and organizing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers/ audience. - Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements &amp; ensuring brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares. - Closely worked with product development team &amp; new product launches to widen product portfolio and generate exceptional sales volumes. - Implemented Marketing strategic for a product or product line through market research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning. - Forecast as per market trends and help drive opportunities for product lines. Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features. - Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. - Identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation. - Plan and execute marketing programs, advertising campaigns and promotion programs in line with the compliance policy. - Sale margin responsibility for India Sub Continent.
