We are currently hiring for "Marketing Specialist " for the Surgical business

The position will be based at Vijayawada

Area Covering : Parts of AP & Telangana

Job Profile :

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Marketing Specialist Procedure Marketing to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering new market product opportunity.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth in tier 3 & 4 market expansion project. Support sale teams as the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients for answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

Job description :

Develop plan for :

a. Procedural adoption

b. Procedural development

c. Procedural Marketing

- Use the market model exercise as a tool to understand procedural adoption for different therapies.

- Track adoption of therapy and product at surgeon level and account level.

- Mapping of accounts for MITG level.

- Coordinating with Key option leaders and entire sales team of that region on daily bases to driving strategy

- Conduct Referral programs & Awareness Programs

- Build & implement strategy for specific therapeutic areas

- Identify local KOLs & work closely with sales team to develop the market and increase our market share

- Develop plans for product adoption in high revenue generating procedures

- Collect and process comprehensive procedure data

- Plan and organize KOL engagement programs; Coordinate with KOL/s and provide scientific support during the programs

- Engage KOLs in cross functional specialties

- Work on developing Clinical Experience papers with KOLs

- Develop procedure-specific comprehensive plan for KOLs that spans across all MITG portfolio

- Develop plans for product adoption in high revenue generating procedures.

- Implementation of Physician Connect Program & building internal capabilities.

- Conduct Referral programs & Awareness Program

- Build & implement strategy for specific therapeutic areas.

- Mapping of Procedure Data

- KOL engagement plan to support procedural marketing objective: identification, development, & establishing of scientific relationship with KOLs.

- Looking for sales professionals who have 4 to 7 years of experience working in surgical business (Medical devices/ pharma ).
