Job Description - Logistics and Operations Head Employment Type: Full time Position: Logistics and Operations Head ( GM - Operations) Location: New Delhi About the Role :&nbsp; We are seeking a sharp, analytical and a highly-organized individual to build a comprehensive and standardized program for the entire logistics division of MedTrail. This person will closely work with the Central Ops team, product team, and field team to set and optimize movement, delivery, pickups of man and material across MedTrail's entire value chain. What does the role entail? - Set the vision, strategy, and processes in place to manage the entire logistics needs of MedTrail - Lead a team of 2-3 people to run day to day operations. - Develop and execute large scale programs to manage a fleet of riders and phlebos on MedTrail platform - Develop solutions to counter delivery challenges such as cold storage, pilferage etc in drugs and medicine supply chain - Work with the product team to develop customized solutions for logistics operations. - Reduce and optimize logistics cost by working on solutions like scheduling, route planning etc - Develop processes to ensure delivery and logistics run with high quality and tight SLA. Education and Experience:&nbsp; - 2-4 years of experience in managing operations and logistics - Startup experience is a plus - Strong data analytics background Key Skills and Competencies:&nbsp; - Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Planning and organizational skills - Operational Rigour - Problem-solving
