Job Description - GM Operations - Diagnostics Employment Type: Full time Position: Operations Head ( GM - Operations) Location: New Delhi Number of Positions: 1 About the Role: - The GM Operations will be responsible for all the operational metrics for running the diagnostics business. He/She will be required to set, track and improve the performance of the operations team. The role requires interfacing across stakeholders both internal and external.&nbsp; - He/She will be expected to standardise the operating processes, set up a training program and also be responsible for the operations excellence of the service aspects of the business. We are seeking a sharp, analytical and a highly-organized individual to build and run multiple aspects of a single business. This person will be part of the Central Ops team and closely work with the product team, and field teams to set and optimize customer touch points, doctor experience as well as maintain supplier/vendor relationships. What does the role entail? - Set the vision, strategy, and processes in place to manage the entire operations needs of the Diagnostics business - Lead a team of 4 to 6 people directly and 15 to 20 indirectly to run day to day operations. - Develop and execute large scale programs to manage a fleet of riders and phlebos on MedTrail platform - Work with the product team to develop customized solutions for logistics operations. - Reduce and optimize logistics cost by working on solutions like scheduling, route planning etc - Develop processes to ensure sample collections with high quality and tight SLA. - Ensure highest quality of communication and adherence to tight SLAs at customer facing touch points Education and Experience: - 4 to 8 years of experience in managing operations and logistics - IIM and IIT grads are preferred - Startup experience is a plus - Strong data analytics background Key Skills and Competencies: - Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Planning and organizational skills - Operational Rigour - Problem-solving - Ability to handle wide range of problems at the same time
