P&L responsibility of a category includes the following: - Selling/Up-selling MedTrail products to doctors - Account Management to ensure that Doctors trust MedTrail as a brand and derive maximum value out of MedTrail products - Business Insights: Identify business insights, trends etc. for your category to maximize Doctors- and MedTrail's business - Monitor Operations: Through your team, ensure that Medtrail's operations are running smoothly at Doctor's clinics/hospitals.
