Medly - Manager - Sales Strategy & Analytics

About Role:

Medly is looking for Manager, Sales Strategy and Analytics to join and support our business. This role will define KPIs and provide Medly with deep actionable insights from performing analytics. These outcomes will drive the strategy for Medly in general and Sales team in particular.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage key performance metrics to measure all aspects of the sales process

- Analyse and monitor performance to assist sales and leadership team in developing plans that will lead to achievement of goals

- Lead, engage and partner with sales team to provide reports, information, analysis and recommendations to resolve issues, help achieve targets and manage business P&L

- Ability to develop models (pricing, forecasting, etc.) and provide recommendation with data, insights and KPI's

- Obtain a full understanding of our business and product suite to provide recommendations to optimize processes and procedures by identifying operational inconsistencies

Skills required:

- Experience in Pharma or FMCG industry

- MBA from Tier-1 college

- 5+ years of hands on work experience in data analytics, sales operations, sales enablement or other sales support functions

- Analytical Problem Solving: Willingness to deep-dive into the details combined with ability to step back and synthesize data to make meaningful recommendations

- Strong leader with proven track record of leading teams to improve sales KPI's, meet targets and optimize sales processes

- Willingness to own the deliverables you manage and evolve them working with our partners; Strong initiative & ability to work independently without supervision

- Strong data and modelling skills with expertise in Excel.

- Preferable skill: SQL and Tableau
