Description of Job Duties

- To acquire customers via Social Media channels by doing paid marketing.

- To innovate and come up with new ideas for campaigns, new ad copies, new channels every month

- To analyse performance from each campaign, ad copy and optimise as per RoI

- To constantly improve RoI from these channels

- To constantly improve retention rate from these channels

Responsibilities

- Define objective of Medlife's Social Media marketing

- Plan to achieve targets of Marketing so that business objective is achieved

- Comeup with innovative marketing plans each month, test and scale as per performance

- Measure, report, send dashboards of results for this channel

- Use manual or tools to make the process efficient and error free

- Increased Revenue from this channel.

- RoI is as per business requirement

- RoI from individual campaigns is tracked, maintained and improved

- Ensure repeat rate from this channel is as per business requirements
