We are present in Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam Scope of Work: - - Instrumental in building and managing city team - P&amp;L responsibility of the city - Liaison with Tech team, Finance team and other members of the organization for building efficient processes - Business Development with wholesalers and distributors in the relevant categories to get them on Medleymed Platform - Pricing, commercial Negotiations while on boarding sellers - Understanding business ecosystem relevant to Medleymed and suggest new business models - Set up operation processes and tie up with logistics service provider - Measure and monitor key metrics Qualification for the Job : - Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset. Strong sense of urgency and ownership - Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail - Prior experience with E commerce companies, startup is preferable - Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills - Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance driven - Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues - B.Tech/ MBA from Tier I or Tier II institutes More about the role responsibilities: He/She would work very closely with the senior management team at Medley to accelerate regular as well as transformational initiatives for Medley operations in the city.
