Medicover Hospitals - Business Head - Pharma Distribution

We are looking for candidate with 12 to 15 years of experience in pharma distribution and he will be responsible for -

- Handling P&L of the business

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Oversee daily operations of the company (IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance etc.)

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances )
