About the Role: MEDICI is looking for a candidate who is a passionate and a result-oriented person who enjoys opportunities and challenges that a high growth (and highly digital) company like ours has to offer. A candidate with a solid background in research analysis and deep knowledge of fintech industry will be given preference. Research Analyst will work closely on producing reports and insights on emerging trends shaping the fintech landscape in addition to leading our growing Fintech team and developing an engaging research agenda. What You'll Do- - Design research strategy, interpret and analyze a large volume of information turning it into an actionable market and competitive intelligence. - End-to-End research on Fintech industry including Market sizing, competitive analysis, product benchmarking, decision matrix, trend analysis and potential opportunity. - Break down complex topics and write about them clearly and concisely. - Complete consulting engagements with other team members, including analyzing the prospect clients, and summarizing key findings. - Understand the major trends in fintech and the most important changes the industry is facing. What You'll Need : - 2-3 years of secondary research experience. - 6 months to 1-year experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage. - Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights. - Industry research, market sizing type of research will be added advantages. - Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. - Should have produced a research report. - Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in a fast-changing environment. - Should be able to join us in a month's time.
