Medical Superintendent

- Leads day to day Medical & Operational Management of the Hospital. Provides high level leadership and advice on the overall Operations of Hospital, Satpuli and ensures continuous quality improvement and patient safety.

- To administer, direct and co-ordinate all medical activities of the hospital.

- To promote furtherance of education and research.

- To have liaison with the governing authority, the medical staff and medical department of the hospital.

- To establish the formal means of accountability from those to whom he has assigned his duties.

- To schedule interdepartmental and departmental meeting regularly where appropriate

- To monitor the delivery of medical care and ensure that every stake holder is following the defined processes and policies with and aim to be NABH compliant.
