Experience:

- 8-10 years of total experience with at least 6-8 years of experience specializing in finance and accounting, Banking and Treasury, Financial reporting and analysis, internal control.

Job Description :

- Managing relationships with external parties such as banks, accounting firms, vendors and other external consultants in the matters related to entire gamut of finance and accounting function including but not limited to audits as well taxation matters.

- Experience in dealing with bank for operational updates (including new account opening, closures, update to KYC etc.) and facilitating them with the required information for seamless operations.

- Ensuring regulatory documentation and records are maintained appropriately.

- Working with external parties to manage the secretarial compliances, assist in preparation / review of board resolutions and allied communications for filing with authorities.

- Managing Revenue Invoicing and collections

- Working closely with auditors for closure of audits in a timely fashion- Preferable to have worked in closing audits executed by BIG 4 Audit firms

- Performing daily, weekly and monthly general accounting functions in alignment to Indian GAAP as well IFRS including activities such as BS and P&L analysis, month end closure and reporting, Tax filings and all other related statutory compliance.

- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.

- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

- Interact globally on a cross-functional level including regular liaison with the corporate management team to align with the best accounting practices and work on adhoc finance projects or reports as and when desired by the management.

- Coordinating with internal business partners on monthly activities including a mix of accounting entry preparation and review, performing, or reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of monthly operating expense metrics and variances as well accounting memo documentation.

- Custodian of controls designed around processes & guidelines, highlight any deviations, and initiate corrective actions.

- Good amount of experience building a high-performing finance and accounting function within a cross border (India & International) regulatory landscape.

- ERP Knowledge and working with large database is preferred.
