What is the job like? - The Business Analysis &amp; Strategy function is responsible for providing data-driven actionable recommendations to the business team around compliance &amp; various ongoing projects.&nbsp; - We are looking for techo-commercial leader with at least 6- 10 years of relevant experience who would have the opportunity to work dynamically within our fast growing business teams in a role that spans compliance, business intelligence structuring &amp; reporting, data analysis, strategy &amp; growth expansion. This role requires a collaborative individual who can build things from the ground up. This role is based out of our Mumbai HQs. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Manage &amp; lead end to end compliance operations for our digital marketing projects. - Work with relevant teams to enhance the compliance process, reporting &amp; guidelines. - Responsible for enforcement of all compliance guidelines - Analyze traffic/policy trends and identify new filters &amp; flags to spot abuse. - Develop &amp; communicate strategy and vision focusing on user trust and safety issues. - Manage &amp; build robust business intelligence dashboards that business teams can use for reporting, tracking, optimizing and forecasting key metrics. - Refine &amp; optimize existing reports and own the delivery of new requirements. - Consult with management to understand current &amp; future business goals and ensure that high-visibility BI reporting &amp; analysis is aligned. - Develop and maintain accurate tracking, capturing and reporting of key data &amp; business metrics. - Use advanced analytical tools to interpret data, identify trends and translate analyses into recommendations to improve effectiveness and support business objectives. - Manage cross-functional relationships with Business, Engineering, Product &amp; Policy teams to continuously improve our compliance &amp; business analysis processes. Who should apply for this role? We are looking for : - A strong analytical mind with an ability to reason from first principles. - Excellent written and verbal communicator. - Should be well versed with the Digital Marketing Landscape and have a solid understanding of how the Internet works economically, socially, and technically. - Proficiency in SQL and Excel is highly desired. - Exposure to Google Analytics and data visualization software like PowerBI/Tableau. - Good articulation and story-telling skills using data &amp; insights - Strong individual &amp; project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities - Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence - Good to have contributions on Kaggle, GitHub, StackOverflow etc. - 6-10 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years of experience in handling teams. - Graduate in any stream. Any additional education in data science, statistics, business intelligence or compliance is a bonus.
