Designation: Group Head - Client Servicing

Location: Mumbai

Who fits the bill-

- Needs to have 4-5+ years of experience managing strategy & planning for brands in a digital agency (Preferred) or a mainline Advertising agency & have the ability to take it through to execution

- Should have good understanding of communication channel planning & be able to map various channels/ touch-points with brand and consumer benefit thereby developing a holistic digital strategy

- Enthusiasm & passion are pre-requisites

What will the candidate do-

- Interact with key clients independently

- Manage these key businesses for all their digital marketing needs in terms of:

a) Annual Strategy

c) Quarterly Planning and Target Setting

b) Campaign Strategy & execution

d) Post analysis of performance

- These businesses work with us on all aspects of digital - digital communication, media, social media, search, mobile etc

a) Will require interaction with our internal departments: Copy, Art, Media Planning & Buying, Social Media, Search etc to put together a complete digital strategy & manage execution with all these teams

- Providing pro-active direction & ideas for key businesses on all aspects of digital marketing - communication, media, social etc

- Participate in new biz pitches as required

- Good communication skills, excellent command over the English language

- Ability to create presentations that are well articulated

- Ability to build & maintain client relationships

- Good knowledge of the digital media space
