Media Relations
The successful candidate will :
- Device and supervise the media outreach strategy for the agency and maintain relationships with a portfolio of media journalists, industry associations and key market participants.
- Handle media communications and Press Releases.
- Direct and manage the media outreach efforts.
- Monitor media outreach and performance and provide strategic feedback to senior management.
- Develop compelling content for pitching and positioning media articles to journalists, social media posts and media & investor communique.
- Reach out to and be responsible for relationship building and management with trade bodies and industry associations on a pan-India basis.
- Provide direct marketing support to the Business/Company (mainline and digital).
- Manage and execute investor engagement programs.
- Handle internal and external communications.
- Develop and maintain presentation overviews and pitch books.
- Contribute generally to implementation of strategy for the Marketing & Corporate Communications team.
General responsibilities will include :
- Interacting with journalists across traditional and digital media by pitching story ideas, initiating media coverage, following up on market events, invites to road shows, coordinate and follow up on requests.
- Writing media content, marketing materials, pitch books and presentations with guidance of senior management.
- Keeping up to date with market issues and proactively identifying areas of opportunity.
- Entering information into the database, maintaining lists for a variety of outreach types and monitoring the investor and media portfolio information.
