Must-Have skills :
- 4-6 years of experience in BME tracking and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Media ROI, Cumulative reach, Media spend performance, BPI (best practice index - google. Facebook, Instagram), TDP (total distribution points)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Good to have:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive BME tracking and analysis system to ensure accurate and timely reporting of working/non working media and key metrics.
- Develop and maintain Mental Availability and Brand Tracking & Analysis frameworks
- Conduct in-depth analysis of BME data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve BME performance and drive business growth.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reports on Mental availability & BME performance to senior leadership, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BME tracking and analysis, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute analysis strategies to drive growth and inform business decisions.
- Provide general statistical advice and assistance to market research executives and analyze and interpret market research data using statistical techniques.
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to marketing management.
- Directly manage outside market research suppliers to implement research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance competing vendor, company, consumer, internal customer, and team needs.
