Key Responsibilities:

- Own the all existing media partnerships for Company across all the major streams i.e SSP/ DSP/ Exchanges/ FBX/ GoogleAdx/ Mobile

- Expand the media partner network to include credible international exchanges/networks and improve the overall reach and media availability, from both the RTB & Non-RTB spectre

- Secure exclusive publishers by contacting small – medium size publishers & networks with a view to secure access to high value, high performing inventory

- Maintain and improve the media margin via optimization and negotiation

- Own price negotiations, discrepancy resolution, integration support and invoice reconciliation for partner invoices

- Track publisher performance and maintain strong relationship with Top publishers

Requirements:

- At least 5 - 7 years of experience managing digital media landscape for a Top eCommerce companies or a Media House

- MBA Qualified

- Strong number centric approach with good understanding of excel

- Good understanding of Global online media landscape and a strong network with Top publishers/adnetworks/adexchanges/DSPs’/SSPs’

- ‘Can do' attitude to go out, strike deals and secure valuable partnerships for Company

- Strong people management and cross functional team management skills

- Ability to proactively contribute in defining Company’s Media strategy & supremacy

- Ability to connect, persuade and convince Sr. media executives to close deals
