What will you be doing? - Conduct current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems - Requirement gathering & Analysis - Analyse the requirements, prepare AS-TO BE or process flows - Articulate user stories and mapping documents clearly interpreting the requirements ready to be picked by build team - Preparation of project documentations & understanding documents - Creating the Business Requirements Document through Structured Analysis - Managing relationships and communicating with the project sponsor, senior management and other project contributors - Highlight RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) to stakeholders by having a good of requirements - Working on a single complex project, or multiple standard projects, as a functional leadLeading a team working across a number of simple or moderately complex projects, or on a large complex project - Leading a team working across a number of simple or moderately complex projects, or on a large complex project - Assisting in the definition and maintenance of middleware implementation level architectures - Manage relationships and communicating with the project sponsor, senior management and other project contributors What you need to bring to the table: - Good written and verbal communication skills - Understanding the solution design and any associated architectural standards, and supporting the resolution of design/build related issues throughout the project delivery lifecycle - Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy - Interpersonal and consultative skills - Analytical thinking and problem solving - Agile methodology understanding and planning Base Requirements for the role: - Bachelor's degree related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or - Information Technology from an accredited university - Minimum 7-8+ years of total experience or more years of experience related to Business Analyst or Technical Analyst & Scrum Master within an IT technology environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written - Excellent computer skills and proficient in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook - Technical understanding of complex Enterprise Web and legacy application development and deployment concepts - Experience in handling the backend workflow based systems (web and integration applications) - Excellent computer skills and proficient in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook - Work experience in health insurance domain & Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus
