Branch Head - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete Branch Activities.
- Manage all aspects of key account management function of the respective region/branch. Ensure good health of all the accounts of the branch.
- Manage teams, interact regularly with them and have a review mechanism to understand the health of the accounts.
- Manage external stakeholders; Insurers, clients and brokers by meeting them regularly.
- Ensure TAT and internal SLA's are followed and escalation matrix is followed. Ensure C SAT score from customer touch points such as call centre and Non voice keep increasing showing higher customer satisfaction.
- Manage and ensure hiring needs of department and performance appraisals of team members.
Demonstrated abilities if any:
- Customer Focus and business understanding is a must.
- Should have worked in a customer focus role providing value to the customer.
- At least 4-5 years of managing large teams
- Ability to interpret data
