1. The responsibilities include product vision, product strategy, product design, product development, and product marketing. 2. Oversee every element of the product from its conceptualization to its launch and post-launch performance. He/She will be generally responsible for the building of a great product that avails a sustainable value in terms of revenue and profits for the business. 3. Collaborate with other product head, engineers, designers, sales, marketing &amp; data science team and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics, etc.) to ship high-quality features 4. Responsible for conceptualizing and building user experience across Doctor Portal and define all critical user journeys and conversion funnels across the web app 5. Experience with sprint management: Timely creation of PRDs, assisting technology team in understanding product requirements, timely feature releases and proper documentation 6. Bring in independent thought, challenge conventional approaches, and identify opportunities to drastically simplify ways of doing things using technology 7. Self-driven, like to work fairly independently and drive progress without needing constant oversight or direction Key Qualifications : 1. Must have healthcare background (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc.) 2. Must have MBA or MHA degree 3. 3+ years of work experience, with 1+ years of experience working as a product manager 4. Who has worked in IT company, or for virtual product (Web, mobile applications like docs app, practo etc) Eductaion - BAMS. BDS, BUMS, BHMS, MBBS etc
