RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, coordinate and supervise the game development cycle in order to achieve the objectives of the project - Develop the project plan, assign project roles & responsibilities, manage the activity schedule - Be actively involved in project & sprint planning - Coordinate the activity of all parties involved in the project- programmers, artists, QA, creation teams, support teams and stakeholders - Constantly control the game quality and the project status to make sure that the games are delivered on time and match Mech Mocha's high quality standards - Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, assist them in the resolution of complex problems and growing their skills and knowledge - Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years of relevant industry experience - Proficiency in JIRA - Adaptability and the ability to work in a high paced environment - Able to anticipate and avoid challenges - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills - Result oriented and metrics driven - Experience working cross-functionally across many groups in the company - Passion for games and understanding of how games positively affect and influence people's lives. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum model is a plus - Self organised & Self Motivated.
