Role : Social Media Manager We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible to drive the digital growth for the company. Role Objective : - Benchmark our Facebook Posts against industry and identify areas of improvement. - Suggest style/presentations/content-buckets(celebrity - rumors - only/reviews only) on day to day basis for testing on our platform. Use this to drive engagement and traffic on Facebook Pages. - Create new pages on Facebook around sub content-buckets and build an audience for a long term. - Managing on day-to-day operations around scheduling, reporting, keeping our handles upto date with comments and messages. - This will also include identifying and helping setup tools to automate much of the process for a- 24 hour- newsroom environment around our content. Including processes for procuring assets (posts, videos, images) from individual teams. - Help work with Design &amp; Content team to build a long-term Social Media brand for MEAWW. We as a brand, must be aware of our communication through our branding and posts on SM, our stance on the individual- topic and keep it aligned with our overall goals. Requirements : - A Bachelor's/Masters degree, preferably in marketing. - A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing. - Good Social Media exposure on content marketing - strategic, distributions and curation. - Communication efforts for our brand on social media. - increasing Meaww's Social Media presence. - Scheduling content on Social Media. - Monitor discussions, posts, and comments, message, across multiple Facebook pages and other social media channels. - Experience with a digital news/content- platform would be a plus.
