Job Title : Sales Operations Manager

About your Role :
- These responsibilities require the Sales Operations Manager to have strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in sales-related software and tools.
- They should also be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to ensure timely and effective sales operations.
- Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure effective sales operations.
- Manage and optimize the sales team's processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain the sales team's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and maintain sales quotas and compensation plans to align with sales goals and objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools, processes, and strategies.
- Develop and implement sales forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and effective resource planning.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize distribution.
- Evaluate and recommend sales tools and technologies to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Participate in the development of pricing strategies and discount programs.
- Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements :
- You have strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
- You are a hands-on leader who is a strong coach & mentor and have a strong track record of building & leading high performing sales teams.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You possess good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver.
- You have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
