We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand, raise brand awareness and drive growth. You'll play a key role in assisting the Marketing Manager and ensuring that our brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Become the Brand Custodian and manage all aspects of the Brand and Marketing Activities.
- Assist and support the Marketing Manager and help in building and maintaining the Brand Image.
- Manage social media accounts and create ways to generate high website traffic, stronger brand awareness, and new opportunities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc)
- Plan, create and execute weekly/daily campaigns and promotions to drive sale
- Act as a point of contact with Creative Agencies and Performance Marketing Agencies
- Strategize our brand and market effectiveness by developing goals both short and long-term.
- Brainstorm new growth strategies with a strong creative mind
- Engaging and Collaborate with Influencers to widen the reach of our Brand
- Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate existing customers as well as new customers
- Design, conduct, and analyse consumer research and brand health tracking and help measure campaign performance to ensure high level of effectiveness.
- Study and analyse current trends in market and implement strategies to drive brand sales growth.
- Ideate and craft project briefs for packaging, hero campaigns and ATL/BTL activities
Who we are looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and handling digital accounts
- Preferably worked with creative agencies
- Relevant work experience of at least 4 to 5 years as Brand Manager. Having an experience in working with food brands (food industry) will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to develop brand marketing strategies and communicate
- Possess a strong creative as well as analytical mind and an ability to tell stories through great ideas
- Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written
