PMO Role Vice President Level 15- 20 Years of of relevant experience Qualifications: - BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech/BS/MS - PMP/PMI/ Microsoft Certified Professional Project Certifications Job Responsibilities : - Establish tight SDLC process and governance - E2E project Planning and Tracking Deployment Management - Management of Command centre, Deployment plan and Communication / Status reporting Capacity planning and utilization by identify and remediate people, process and support gaps, - Strong project and stakeholder management - Establish TCO (total cost of ownership) for each application and functions, - Auditing and Standardization of the Program Management processes, procedures and templates for project performance monitoring thereby improving the quality of services - Experience working on projects executed using Agile Methodologies - Own quality of software being developed and deployed in Production - Knowledge of typical release, build, deployment and operation aspects of applications - Support IT development team by reviewing project planning, documentation, and provide inputs related to project management areas - Support various requests originating with requirements and help in Alignment on strategic and commercial areas Status Presentation and review with various levels of management. - Identify Risks and associated mitigation plan, conduct regular meeting and discussions with team for updates and closure. - Assist during Transition management from Transformation Project - Assist various support team in organization of Knowledge repositories, Deliverables, Issues and Defect, Automation of data driven processes. - Review procurement, payment and asset capitalization though entire project life cycle and track those for budget utilization monitoring and forecasting - Create solution design documentation which documents all of the technical components necessary to meet the business and technology goals - Support test automation initiative
