- Creating and leveraging a strong broker relationship, promoting exchange products and services.
- Conducting seminars, events with brokers, investor associations etc. for promoting exchange traded products and onboarding new clients.
- Strategic planning for growth of Business and regular monitoring and tracking of business development activities to achieve targets.
- Supporting brokers for timely resolution of queries by coordinating with various internal departments.
- Bring in customer intelligence and feedback for growth and development of Business.
- Work along with other teams to address customer needs.
- Build, maintain and leverage on relationships with the decision maker within each broker to influence adaption of exchange products.
- To ensure preparation of business MIS reports and to undertake business analytics, on a regular basis.
