The MDL India Hub is uniquely positioned as a center for high quality remote delivery capabilities for our global MDL Studios and other global units within McKinsey & Company. We- re seeking an individual with superb people skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in leading and growing similar units.  Responsibilities:  The successful individual will be responsible for developing and driving the MDL India Hub and provide leadership for reach and relevance strategies, process and knowledge development.  Responsibilities will evolve as MDL grows. The successful candidate will continue to shape the role's priorities with the MDL leadership team. Specifically, he or she will:  Drive the overall Hub Delivery -   - Focuses on ensuring leadership capacity for projects running in the hub and ensuring the quality bar is surpassed consistently.  - Supports global client studies by ensuring the hub remains a center for allowing quick startup/scaling for new projects  - Establish and nurture agile thinking across the hub.  - Provide guidance on agile compliance across projects. Act as agile advisory in needed situations.  - Ensure the team members are benefiting from latest developments in Agile space and are also contributing to knowledge within and outside of the Firm  - Partner with Recruiting & Professional Development  - Plan hiring projections for the year, ensure key talent is hired and trained to deliver on projects  - Partner closely with PD to ensure professional development of team members  - Budgeting and planning for the year and tracking through the year  - Professionalizing other processes and guidelines  Desired skills and mindset  - Experience in developing or ability to pick up deep understanding of technical/digital talent  - An entrepreneurial mindset, big picture thinker & an organized self-starter.  - Ability to balance short and long term goals, with a mindset to move from - what is- to - what can be- and balance every day priorities.  - Excellent multitasking skills and the ability stay on top of a constantly changing, and exhaustive list of topics needing attention.  - Ability to start, drive and bring high impact initiatives, highly structured communicator.  - Team player with presence & approachability.
