Regional Human Resources Manager

Scope of the role:

McDonald’s India is looking for a Human Resource professional with 5 to 7 years of Business / Regional HR exposure, who has played the critical role of supporting a line of Business and/or several lines of Businesses at multiple locations and led people projects for these Businesses.

This position will be responsible and accountable for the People plan execution in 50 to 60 stores across geographies.

Educational Qualification:

MBA / PGPMS / MA PSY / PMIR

Key Deliverables:

1.Leads people project and execution in the region.

2.Ensures execution and implementation of people plan in the region, by partnering with the regional business operations team.

3.Core areas will be execution on acquisition, engagement, compliance, performance development, and internal communication, at the direction of the People resources team / Regional Director.

4.Key Customers include Regional restaurant / operations management & central HR / Training teams.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports into DGM – People Resources
